We offer professional cleaning for roofs and exterior surfaces using our low pressure softwashing techniques. Soft Washing is an environmentally friendly alternative to ineffective and damaging pressure washing.
Real soft wash, not pressure washing in disguise
Clearview SoftWash uses state of the art soft washing equipment for cleaning your property’s roof and exterior. The machine, developed through decades of Softwash Systems experience, is a cradle skid assembly designed to fit in a truck bed. Most importantly the system utilizes the Blend 6 Module. The Blend 6 Module safely, accurately, and easily mixes the appropriate blend of chemicals and solutions for the surface requiring treatment. The machine is battery operated, and extremely quiet to operate.
What We Do
Clearview SoftWash provides the best roof cleaning and exterior cleaning services in many areas of Northern California. We also provide exterior window cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, Christmas lighting and more.
We are a small family-owned business, which opened in 2004. We have been making the exterior of homes shine for 21 years now!
When first opening the business, we had to decide whether we wanted to offer an economic, quick job or a thorough, top-quality job.
Our pricing may be a bit higher than the average exterior cleaner, but we make up for it by providing a high-quality job using state-of-the-art equipment!
We have been trained, tested, and certified with SoftWash Systems Network! Many companies claim to "soft wash," but are not using the proper cleaning solutions or equipment!
Thinking about washing your roof, siding, or concrete? Hiring the wrong contractor can lead to permanent property damage, legal liabilities, and massive headaches.
